Sound + Memory + Place
For The Record
Playfully recollecting our intentional, connected, & artful purpose.
For The Record aspires to be the platform at the nexus of underground music and art, tech-assisted outdoor recreation, and hyper-local community building.
Rooted in place-based “Aural Tradition” with an ethos of reciprocity, mutualism, and stewardship, each For The Record (FTR) experience aims to reorient its users toward a more balanced mode of patronage, promotion, and partnership that puts quality art, storytelling, and relationships at its center.
Founded by multi-disciplinary artists/collaborators Maurice Leoni-Osion and Margaux LeSourd, For The Record was born from a shared love of music, waxing philosophical, and coffee after midnight. (Way too much coffee).
We're not here to follow trends—we're here to build something timeless. With a blend of creativity, strategy, and heart, we help ideas come to life.
MISSION
is to facilitate a practice of collective remembering and place-based connectivity through music, storytelling, and outdoor audiogaming.
is an evolving ecosystem where sound, movement, and memory animate public space and invite people to become active participants in cultural experience.
